Vision: to produce responsible and outstanding citizens.
Mission: to provide an education which includes the elements of academic excellence, moral values, healthy physical development, and at the same time instilling the culture of El Salvador as well as that of Great Britain.
Our School exists to realise its Vision, fulfill its Mission and achieve the following objectives:
1. To achieve academic excellence.
2. To develop the full potential of individuals recognizing the different roles of academic, social, cultural and physical activities.
3. To recognize the value of learning and integrate the best of Salvadoran, British and International influences, with English as the main language of learning and communication.
4. To create and foster a motivating, supportive yet disciplined learning environment which responds to individual emotional and learning needs, drawing on best educational practice.
5. To develop students who have an understanding of themselves in the social, moral and psychological context of their lives.
6. To equip students with the skills to learn independently so they can assume responsibility for themselves as learners now and throughout their careers.
7. To equip students with the life skills to be successful in a wide range of social and work settings.
8. To enable and encourage each student to become a responsible and involved member of society.
9. To promote the values of respect, tolerance, and understanding that will enable students to appreciate themselves and others as individuals with rights and responsibilities, independent of race, culture, gender and religion.
10. To foster a sense of belonging, commitment and pride in the school.
11. To be an organisation that strives to learn and improve.
12. To foster an environment where the members of the ABC community of parents, students and staff all assume collective and cooperative responsibility for the success of the ABC in attaining its objectives.
